Sara Fliess Fitness (SFF) – Summary of Terms and Conditions 

By engaging with Sara Fliess Fitness, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

  • Personal training and fitness classes, including boxing, weight/resistance training, cardio, and running.

  • Sessions are offered face-to-face or via video.

2. Payments & Fees

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

  • Clients can choose from weekly payments, upfront block bookings (discounted rates), or casual payments per session.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel services with prior notice.

  • Refunds are available in cases where services are not provided as agreed, subject to review.

  • If a session is missed without notice, fees may still apply.

4. Liability & Waiver

  • Participation in fitness activities is at the client’s own risk.

  • Sara Fliess Fitness is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during training sessions.

  • Clients should consult a medical professional before engaging in any fitness program.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All workout plans, training methods, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Sara Fliess Fitness and may not be copied or distributed.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

7. Agreement Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.

  • If terminated by the client, fees for services already rendered remain payable.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation in Victoria, Australia.
